Hi, I’m Anton.
My job is to work out what a piece of software is actually supposed to do, then write it down clearly enough that someone can go and build it.
I arrived at that from the other side of the fence. I started as a frontend developer, spent some time as a Scrum Master helping my teams grow, and since 2025 I’ve been doing analysis full-time. Having been the person on the receiving end of a spec turned out to be most insightful.
Outside of that I build small tools, almost always because something I wanted didn’t exist and I got stubborn about it. None of them are startups. There’s a secrets app and a trip planner, if you’d like to poke at them. I enjoy building things in close collab with AI tools, it makes it that much easier and faster to get to what I envision myself.
Away from a screen: tabletop RPGs, usually from behind the GM screen, and also for my colleagues. Skateboarding, at an age that doesn't make it easier or safer. A guitar that I fear sounds better for me than for those around me. And languages — I’m five deep and still collecting.
If that sounds like someone you’d want on your team, or you just want to say hello, my inbox is open.
